If your planning to submit an REO offer, please be sure that you have done all of your due diligence prior to submitting any offers. Have you confirmed that the financing type is correct based on the condition of the house? Have you gathered all the required documents needed to properly submit an REO offer? Be sure to have all documents signed and dated and be sure that the correct NAMES are on the offer. It may prove difficult to get names added and/or changed after we have gone under contract. It may even require the contract to be CANCELLED and restarted all over again depending on the client.
