The Dutch Colonial:

The Dutch colonial style is a sub-type of the colonial style. Dutch settlers in the United States built homes in the style they were familiar with, from their home countries. The term “Dutch Colonial” wasn’t used until the 1920s when a revival of the colonial-style took hold. These homes are most popular in the North East United States. The modern dutch colonials vary in regards to material, floors, and details.
